Our Manufacturing Process

At Town Master, we follow a precise manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality of marble and granite products:

1. Block Cutting
   Large stone blocks are extracted from the quarries and cut using advanced gang saw machines into raw slabs of different thicknesses.

2. Polishing
   The slabs then go through polishing machines, where they are treated and finished to enhance their natural colors, patterns, and shine.

3. Cut-to-Size & Finishing
   Using modern cutting machines and CNC technology, the slabs are resized into tiles, countertops, or custom dimensions according to project requirements.

This step-by-step process guarantees durability, precision, and a premium finish that meets international standards.
